Practical Pistol Skills for Law Enforcement
This 2 day course is designed to provide officers a comprehensive conceptual understanding of how to intelligently approach training with a handgun to most effectively develop the ability to be accurate at speed on demand.
Can you put the bullet where you intend it to go?
Can you do it in time to meet the requirement of that given circumstance? Can you do it again and again on demand?
Day one on the range will focus heavily on developing an optimal grip and becoming intimately familiarity with what visual requirement and what level of trigger control is necessary to maintain a high level of accountability even at speed.
Day two will take these isolated fundamentals and test how effectively you can apply them in a practical environment (on multiple/moving targets, on the move, etc. the things you do in the real world).
Engineering Performance on Demand
This 2 day course is designed to provide officers with two primary things:
- First, an opportunity to test themselves in sport specific courses of fire they can take back to their own departments.
- Second, a comprehensive conceptual understanding of how to intelligently approach firearms training to most effectively develop the ability to be accurate at speed on demand across any requirements.
Can you put the bullet where you intend it to go within the compressed window of available time? How do you know that?
Each day will consist of testing yourself with an unknown course of fire that parallels requirements commonly observed in officer involved shootings, analyzing individual deficiencies, identifying how to most effectively improve them, and then actually doing so.
This structure will be repeated for the duration of the course so as to prepare officers returning to their department's an improved ability to also help others as they understand the process to improving inside and out.
Patrol Rifle Performance
This 3 day course is designed to provide officers an in-depth and comprehensive conceptual understanding of how to intelligently approach training with a rifle to most effectively develop the ability to shoot rapidly with high degrees of accountability across any given environment including at distance.
This course curriculum will touch on proper selection of gear and equipment and having it properly set up for the individual using it. The course will heavily emphasize achieving an optimal connection to the rifle, creating an intimate familiarity with trigger control, and a developing deep awareness of the visual components that result in high levels of accountability and accuracy even at speed.

It will further expand upon fundamental shooting by teaching officers how to maximize their capabilities at distances now possible with this weapon platform.
